Ngày 7/3/2023 đã diễn ra Lễ Ký kết Biên bản hợp tác giữa Viện Đào Viện Đào tạo và phát triển nguồn nhân lực (Institute for training and Human resources development) và Đại học MilTon FriedMan, Tại buổi Lễ PGS.TS Đào Thị Ái Thi - Viện Trưởng đã giới thiệu về lịch sử hình thành, chức năng, nhiệm vụ và thế mạnh của Viện trong công tác nghiên cứu Khoa học, Đào tạo Bồi dưỡng cũng như các lĩnh vực về Phản biện xã hội, tư vấn, hợp tác với doanh nghiệp trong nước, hợp tác với các Trường Đại học, tổ chức Khoa học và Công nghệ trên thế giới. Ngài Tiến sỹ Peter Szatmari - Hiệu Phó của Đại học Milton Fiedman đã đánh giá cao năng lực của Viện ITHD và hài lòng với những đề xuất hợp tác giữa hai bên trong các lĩnh vực thế mạnh. Kết thúc buổi hội thảo, hai bên đã nhất trí ký Biên bản hợp tác, trên tinh thần hợp tác, Hai bên sẽ triển khai các chương trình, dự án trong tương lai.
